E31 CONSULTING
Engineers who build the use case on your appliance.
E31 Consulting is the practice. Certified engineers, trained on Czar, Substrate, and Agency before they touch your problem, either sit with your team or take a scoped outcome and hand it back running. The work follows the appliance you have: fully sovereign, or connected only to the systems you already secure. You leave with a use case your operators can change.
WHY A PRACTICE
The appliance is in the building. The use case still has to be built.
Czar gives you a place to run models and keep material. Agency gives your operators a way to publish an agent and account for the run. Neither one knows your desk. Someone still has to learn the packet, decide where a person must approve, name the system the result lands in, and publish the first version that your people recognize as their work.
That is the engagement. The engineers arrive already trained on the ecosystem, so the time is spent on your outcome and on the posture you deployed — sealed, connected to systems you secure, or a mix across sites.
FORWARD DEPLOYED
They sit where the work happens.
E31-certified engineers join the team that owns the outcome. They learn the real packet — what arrives, what a good result looks like, which step a person still has to take, which system it has to land in — and they build that on the appliance with the people who will run it. The engagement is finished when those people can publish the next version themselves.
IN-HOUSE PROJECT
They take an outcome you can name.
You describe what should be true when the work is done. The same kind of engineer, trained on the same stack, builds it as a project and hands it back running on your appliance: the published version, the material it may read, the calls it may make, the role that approves, and the notes your operators need to change it.
WHAT YOU HOLD AFTERWARD
A running use case, and the people who can change it.
A use case your people can run
An agent, an application, or a workflow on the appliance you have. It takes the work your people already recognize, and it is published as a version they can point to.
The operating picture
Who may publish. Which model it uses. Where a person has to approve. Which systems it may call. Those decisions are in the version, so they are visible when the engineers are gone.
The posture you already chose
Air-gapped work is built air-gapped. Connected work uses the systems you already secure. A mixed estate stays a mixed estate. The engagement uses the paths the appliance was given.
A team that can change it
Forward-deployed, your people build the version with the engineers. In-house, they receive the version and the path to the next one. Either way the handoff is operable, on Agency, by your operators.
THE SHAPE OF THE WORK
From a named outcome to a version your operators run.
01
Name what done means
A desk that drafts and waits. A corpus people can question. A product your customers run under your name. The outcome is the scope.
02
Learn the work
On site, that means sitting with the desk. As a project, it means the materials, the approvals, and the systems of record you put in the scope.
03
Build it on the stack
Czar is the appliance. Substrate is the platform. Agents are composed in Agency. Czar Chassis is the path when the result should ship under your name.
04
Leave it running
A published version, a record of how it behaves, and operators who can change it. The engineers leave the capability with you.
ENGAGEMENTS
What the practice is set up to leave you.
WITH YOUR TEAM
Build the desk with the people who run it.
Forward-deployed engineers learn the work on site, then leave it operable.
AS A PROJECT
Name the outcome. Receive it running.
In-house engineers take a scoped outcome and hand it back on your appliance.
YOUR MATERIAL
Make the holdings answerable, in place.
Questions against the corpus, with the passage still attached.
UNDER YOUR NAME
Ship it as your product.
Czar Chassis, when the operator should see your name.
THE DEPLOYMENT YOU HAVE
Build for the posture the site already uses.
Air-gapped, connected to systems you secure, or a mix across sites.
